Community Leadership Mentoring Programmes

Mentoring Foundation offers community leadership mentoring programmes throughout Aotearoa. Our programmes strengthen communities and help community sector leaders make positive change at a local level.

Our programmes, offered in collaboration with community partners, support leaders' development and impact through focused mentoring relationships. They build capability, confidence, connection and effectiveness, with positive outcomes for community organisations and their mahi.

Better supported community leaders resullts in better outcomes for communities and the people within them.
